Purpose:
The purpose of the job bank is to bring Job Seekers (those looking for jobs) and Employers (those who are seeking candidates to fill jobs) together to create an online community that benefits both parties.

Features for the Job Seeker:

  • Cost: Free to all who register in the OrHIMA Job Bank. After initial registration, you can easily access the Job Bank areas by entering your username and password.
  • Job Finder: Allows you to search through all jobs posted by employers to the OrHIMA job bank.
  • Post a Resume: Allows you to make your resume available to registered employers or allows you to send your resume to the employers of your choice.
  • Employer Profiles: Gives you searchable listings of information about the employer (such as benefits), to assist you in making informed decisions about a future employer.


Features for Employers Seeking Candidates:

  • Employer Resources: Contains several powerful tools you can use to find the most qualified candidates. You can search through the resumes of registered job seekers and create and maintain a searchable Employer Profile for your company. Also, you can check the resumes of job seekers that have confidentially registered with the Job Bank and have decided to contact your company directly.
  • Cost: A Web posting on the OrHIMA website Job Bank is $100 per calendar month for unlimited job postings ($50 for the remainder of the month if registering after the 15th). Once you submit your completed registration as an employer, you are responsible for payment. Upon receipt of your registration, an invoice will be generated and sent to the registered address.
  • Job Posting Instructions: Once you register with the OrHIMA Job Bank Network as an EMPLOYER, notification will be sent to the OrHIMA website manager to activate your account. You will be notified via return e-mail once your account has been activated. You will then be able to post jobs and can take full advantage of all the employer areas of the Job Bank.
